So my computer was crapped out with malware of various sorts and I reformatted the other day.
Well then I installed AIM 5.9.whatever-latest-version and it’s completely hosed. When I put up an away message it doesn’t show up on other’s or my buddy list. Also when people try to talk to me when I have a defective away message up I don’t recieve any of their messages. So it’s double-y bad. I uninstalled and reinstalled and even formatted my computer but to no avail.
Does anyone have the slightest idea what to do? Or possibly know of an alternative other than stupid Trillian that can fix my lovely problem?
