Over the past month when I have tried signing onto my AIM SN “Jakowenko13” I always get this error message that pops up.
I have contacted AOL support team and most of the time they say that they cannot help me with this issue and tell me to view aim.com which has no help on their FAQ. Sometimes the support team says that they have had other complaints of this and are trying to address the issue. This has been over 3 weeks and the “issue” has still not been fixed. Can someone try to do some investigating and find the reason why this is happening. I have view the “More Info” page and I have not broken any of the terms and for no reason I am banned.
