Hi 
I’m almost finished a pure flash website, and I’ve got a couple things that need to be figured out before it can be completed.
I need the users who will view my website to be able upload a .zip file containing text and photos onto my web host so that i’ll be able to download it of my web host and work with them for the user.
I need help finding a way to allow the user to upload files.
I’d love it if the users can navigate to the .zip file they need to upload, from inside my flash website
But if thats not possible, thats fine
I’d easily settle for externally loaded html page that would allow the user to navigate to the .zip file on their computer, or allow them to drag and drop it into the page to be uploaded (i’ve seen it done before)
It could use php, html, xml, javascript or java
(I don’t know how to alter or create a java program though)
Naturally I’d prefer something that’s easy to customize, and free.
But I can pay for a solution if I need to.
(keep in mind I don’t have a huge budget)
If it’s possible, it would be great if the user could enter their company name, name and or e-mail address as they upload the files, and I can recieve an e-mail informing me, that user-a, from company-b has uploaded photosandstuff.zip
Anyway…I really hope someone will read this and have an answer for me.
I’ll keep searching for a solution on the internet, and I’ll reply when I’ve got a solution.
