AN intro i need help on

i need some help on this kind of thing that is in the intro on the link. I know how to do the intro bu the image effect he does is soo cool with the wave snakelike thing. THe images are all their own separate image makeing the image of the DJ. He has them in blocks, i was wondering if the image was automatically converted and sliced like this in swish, or if it wa done in an editing prog and then grouped? Please I really need help on this one. I know this was done in swish, but maybe someone knows about swish, that is what i am using for this intro becase the pre rendering is just easier for this thing.

my opinion on swish is not good, cuz i can tell in a second when someone uses that in the flash movie, and honestly i think your better off having an html page then using swish. god forbid you go on a job interview and your employer notices you used swish…
