What do you use to make a animated banner?
You can use flash, but put more details into your qustion. 
More deatil? Hmm…well, the banner’s the standard type that would be seen at the top or bottom of a webpage.
um…you can use flash, any animated gif making program, um…let’s see, director(EVIL!!! dont use it)…uhhh…some sites will make a banner for you for free(hard to find)
and that’s pretty much all I can think of!
