First post and new to all of this, so please go easy. 
I would like to make some Animated GIF Flags, exactly like the one in my attachment, below.
I do not want the ‘UK’ showing in the new ones. I know that I will have to do these from scratch, as in, download a flag from the net.
Would someone tell me how to make them in “Layman’s Terms” please? As I am new to this.
