Another "is this hard to make" question.please help

It looks like there is a long .swf file with images and text that move in to a certain position when a button is rolled over.And some masking.

Are there any tutorials / templates for this?

And does this effect have a name?

Its such a sweet effect that i really want for my photo portfolio. :hr:
