Another logo design critique

heya i dont want to seem like all i post is useless critiques in this forum but heres another one, wat do u think of this logo, i know its very simple and meaningless but is it better than my last one, or to simplistic

logos are the one thing that i cant really seem to get yet but be honest i do want to improve
