Any programmers wanna team up with me?

If you team up with me we can make an awesome rpg game together I have the story and characters and some animation. I also have the battlesystem. But I wanted to also be able to equip different weapons, level up, get stronger, and also I need a charging bar for the special attacks. I don’t know how to make them.
