Any suggestions

So a friend of mine wants to print an all of print of the fatboys on a tshirt and he wants to keep the “photo feel” of the image. If I retrace it in illustrator it will look more like well…an illustration any idea’s on how to get the image “vectorized” so it can be sent to a printer.
