Seems to be a microsoft vector app. ANyone ever use it? Is it any good? Thinking about trying it out of curiosity, never heard of it.

I remeber reading about it some time ago. I think it was made by a company MS bought. After that, I dont think they did much with it. I dont really know its purpose of existence
