I recently done a site for a colleague of mine based in spain.

This was a temporary and probably ‘over the top’ site for his initial requirements.
What we are trying to find is a plug and play program that would allow us to change the layout using dreamweaver to give it a similar look to the site in place.
The difference being the users ability to upload his own images and movie clips, with my colleague acting as a moderator.
I have looked at Xigla gallery maker software but it seems pretty limited.
Anyone have any ideas or a direction to point me?
Would ‘V.Bulletin’ be adaptable?
