I’m working in MX 2004. I know I’ve seen one out there somewhere before, but haven’t been able to find anything worth using.
I’m using this in a form, so the only functionality I need is that a user clicks on a calendar icon, a small calendar opens from which a user can select a date, which then populates a text field.
