Well it all started when my old trombone’s plating came off inside the slide from years of improper greasing/creaming etc. :pa: I got told that I should swap it for a new one…I hire it. I went along to the Music Centre where I live and they gave me a new one. By new I mean brand new and here’s the problem:
The slide feels gummy and sticky when I play it. I have tried to put slide cream on it and done all the usual, what should I do?
