Apache Installation - 403 Errors

Hi y’all…

Trying my first ever Apache/PHP/MySQL installation.

  1. 403 Forbidden Error
    All was going well, Apace 2.2.2 installed, PHP 4.4.2 installed. http://localhost is working. Then when trying to run a simple PHP script I get 403 errors.

  2. Firefox vs. IE when offline
    When I’ve got no web connection running, the Firefox will pick-up localhost, but IE won’t.

Any ideas?/
