I was just fiddling around in MX2k4, and right clicked on a shape, and saw the “Timeline effects” option in the context menu… Is that a new thing, or just something I never noticed before?
yep, it is new for MX2004 
though most of the stuff i’ve heard about them has been along the lines of “they’re pointless, why did macromedia bother adding them” 
Yeah, that’s what I figured, I mean, there’s nothing there that you can’t easily do yourself, but I just wanted to make sure that I hadn’t been overlooking that menu item the whole time I was using MX. :: shrug ::
actually, copy to grid can be quite useful
