Hi all. Im looking into a creating or utilising a pay service for one of our up and comming projects. Does anyone know about any credit card verification programmes or companies??

Ive seen the similar threads, but i would like to make my own validation software. Is there any golden rules to follow or would i need to speak to a bank itself to understand more.
