As/tween tutorial problem

Ok im trying to customize the as/tween tutorial for a site im making on the nervous system. Im trying to use masking to make a bar go across. I have the text fixed to fit my preloader but for some reason I cant get the actual progress bar to show up. Can someone take a look at this and see what im doing wrong plz/
