So I’m working on a senior art project, and I want to create a site where people can type in their own text, and what they type will appear as different objects, in this case, kitty symbols I’ve created. So, when they type “a” they get the kitty symbol called “A”, etc. So, kind’ve like creating a “font” to be used just in flash. I’ve got all my symbols, A-Z created, but I don’t know how to set it up so that when users type in a input text field, instead of a normal font, the assigned symbols show up.
Does anyone know how to do this?
