I am makin a lil game with a spaceship that cruises around, so far i have simulated a gravity effect and sorted the movement of my ship. i am lookin to find out how i can make the ship land on a platform within the main stage. i am familiar with hit tests and collision theories but i am baffled by this and its really getting on my wick now.
kinda sorted the problem now, have got my ship 2 finally land but now face another challenge… how 2 make the ship only land if it is at a certain angle. am currently lookin into makin the ship crash if it collides with the enemy and would like to use this again if the ship lands at an awkward angle.
please help sum1.
