Sorry, I’m just not a fan of SquareSpace. 
It just doesn’t seem to help the cause of good/better webdesign or code.
As an artist who also likes to play with code I will often look at how other artist’s websites are built… it can be amazing when you find sites that are still running on a '90’s design/structure! I’ve even found professional commercial art galleries in the same boat… and to think artists/galleries will often have paid big bucks to have someone/company build such sites! Oh well
