Back button

hi, long time since my last post in the flash MX forum, ok; I have small interfase that when u press a button it loads an external .swf, when I´m on the external swf I have a “back” button that loads again the main interfase but I want to load it in a specific frame, not the first, so, I press my back button on the external swf and I want it to load the main in the 60 frame specifically, how to?? I know this question has been asked before but cant find anything good, thanks!
