I’ve decided that next year, I’m going to take these wonderful folks at NCI Information Systems, Inc. (my employer, I’m a Contractor!) and NASA up on their offer to send me back to school. I’ve done some looking around, and I have no idea where I want to go. I was thinking about NC Arts, but they don’t have much in the way of electronic arts. Full Sail looks awesome, I’ve heard great things about SCAD (Savannah, GA). I’ve been up to party at Penn State and checked out their Graphic Design program - it’s impressive, but not much more so than the Thomas Nelson Community College, which is where the degree that I’ve got now comes from. Unfortunately, a community college doesn’t have 4-year accreditation, so the best I can do there is an Associate’s of Applied Sciences. I’ve decided that I want to skip my Bachelor’s and go right into a Master’s program. So, to the meat of the question - Where’s a good school to obtain a master’s in Multimedia Graphic Design (with a specialization in Interactive Multimedia and Video Production)? Any faves? Any success stories? I need to weigh my options carefully, and this is one of the smartest bunches of non-dummies that I’ve been priveleged enough to be a part of - so your opinions mean a lot to me. Thanks, Kirupians!
