I’m new to mobile development and working with Flash Builder 4.7+AIR. I’m developing a mobile app with Flash Builder 4.7 + AIR 3.7 and I want the app to be background active i.e. app should get/trigger events even when it becomes “deactivated” when any other application gets focus forcing my app move to background. It’s a chat application on mobile device with peer-to-peer connections to other mobile devices through RTMFP. On receiving some special text, it should vibrate which it does but not when running in the background. So if any other application gets focus and becomes active on device, my app should get messages and vibrate as needed. Could anybody please throw some light on how to achieve it. Any help would be highly appreciated.
