http://www.minus.dk/ in this website if you decrease resolution like 800x600 then background picture size increased. I mean you can see more picture from down than in higer resolution 1280x720. And in all resolutions picture is not stretched.
Any one know about this or tutorial, source about this.
Since one month i am trying to do this but failded.
