Background too blur

I take one of the SWF about magnify glass from the web and modify to what I want. However, when it play the movie the picture is too blur. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

Which of the 2 pictures i blurred? both?
Open your lbrary in flash right click on a picture and choose prperties! make sure “Allow smoothing” is off maybe?

Thanks for quick reply. I meant the second one it is. I tried your method but it is still the same. If you notice the number on the wafer, it is not smoth, broken.
