Okay, here’s my deal.
My friend and I are partacing on an epic quest to create an anime action sequence in the form of an animated GIF (Something that can be used as like a banner). The anime itself is not the problem, but the background is.
For those of you who have seen anime before know what I’m talking about. The background with the moving stripes, you know the one in every action scene, is what I’m trying to do. Some examples can be found in DBZ (Dragon Ball Z) and Pokemon. I cannot figure out how to make a good background that looks like the stripes are actually moving.
