Banner Animation Help Please

Hi all. I just installed Flash MX and as you already have guessed im a newbie. I know everybody hates newbies lol. Anyways if you can help me if you go to my site “MY SITE” then you will see the banner on top. I want to make it somehow dynamic. Something cool. If you got any suggestions and tutorials to the suggestions that would be great.

You could make that little triangle thing spin around??

That is a great idea. A really great idea. Now any clues on how to do that?

Crop the image. Replace the background. Have them on seperate layers. Rotate it little by little each key frame.
