I’d fill in the missing spots and call it a complete site. and please, please don’t make a splash page. If you do, ONLY have it appear if the user doesn’t have the required plugins to view the site.
everything worked great from my end…checked fine on PC, IE 6, NS 7, and Mozilla Firefox.
