Basic guestbook in flash

i just want to create a guestbook in flash mx but i want a basic one with no effects so how do i create this ? cause i have no idea where to start!!!

These are the guestbook example i have hope it is helpfull.

There is another one on mxzone.com try to see it, the tutorial called ASP and flash.

There is also an example for doing an address book on Macromedia site in the DevNet zone, it is by Colin Moock.
