Basic order form in PHP question?

okay…I am doing this order form…I have 2 pages

  1. Order form (with the actual form)
  2. Order Results (which contains the php)

The orderform has this…

its shows me everything, except the amount of tires, oil & sparkplugs purchased…? the words appear but not the amount?

can some one PLEASE HELP!!
