It’s been awhile since I’ve darkened the doorstep of the Kirupa forums but I am in need of some help and what better place to come!
I used this tutorial on the Kirupa site to create a nice photo slide show for a client. Then I was asked to add some indicators to show what slide was being shown. I managed that with some long winded, rookie ActionScript no problem. Then I was asked to make those indicators clickable. I thought that would be easy enough too but I was wrong.
The client wants to have the back forward buttons work but also wants to have the ability to click the indicators as well so they can jump from slide #2 to slide #4 etc.
Is this something that I could pull off with script in the above tutorial? I’ve posted my FLA here if you’d like to have a look. Its in zip format as I’ve included the photos as well.
