Hi all,
I have searched the forum for an answer to this question but not been able to find an answer, if there is one, sorry for multiple postings. Being fairly new to flash I wonder what the main differences between flash mx 2004 and flash mx 2004 professional are. I realize that this to some extent have to do with what I am going to produce with flash, however, searching the macromedia website has not made me much wiser.
As you guys see it, are there any essential features of the professional version that are not present in the regular version (again realizing that this has to do with what is being produced)? Is there a simple overview available somewhere on the web?
I am not planning to do heavy scripting in flash, however, I would like to be able to work with video in a sensible way. The little I have understood from Macromedia, the professional version has better support for this. Are there any downsides to choosing that particular version over the regular mx 2004?
Many thanks in advance,
/I
