Begging for help with my flash portfolio

I am new here at kiruopa so hi everyone! I have been working on my flash for a while now and have solved a few problems but now I am pretty stuck…

My portfolio is made basically out of lynda tutorials so I am in now way a pro a
when it comes to flash and coding in AS3.

there are three things:

  1. I want it to be possible to go back to projects and se the three thumbs if you stand in a project and you want to go back to the “thumb overvew”. As it is now you have to click on the contact button

  2. when you switch between the pictures I want them to fade in and out from and into each other.

  3. the pictures gets som sort of damage to them. you can se som sort of pixeldamage in the contours. But this seems to be fixed if you reload the website and look at the pictures again.
