Hi All!
My first post - and probably is a very basic question - but how do you make something run only ONCE, and then never again. I am attempting to create a flash site which changes pages by loading different scenes - but everytime I go back to the home page (ie., scene 1, keyframe 1), I don’t want all the “initialiser” stuff like loading xml files, and setting global variables etc., to take place again.
Probably something very elementary like “onFirstLoad” or something… 
Hope I’ve made my first post somewhat understood and semi-coherent.
