Best way to do web site buttons?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what is the best way to create your buttons dynamicly for a web site so they can be updatble easily later on.
I usually create empty movie clips and then create Textfields inside them.
But as a general approach what is the best way?

Second question:
When you duplicate a movie, the rollOver function applies to all the movies duplicated or i have to create another fucntion for each?
