I have a .jp bground file which I want to use as a bground in HTML
however am having lots of problems with it…
please check out:
ignore the fact that my logo is on the bground image if you can see it that is…as you can see the image is a gadient - therefore if tiled it would not flow…i do not know a thing about css and also am wondering how I could use this image effectively which is currently 1024 x 768 so everybody even those using bigger screen res would see it without any probs with it stretching across their whole screen and also loading quickly.
somebody told me to use a small version and have it repeat over the x-axis - but what size should i set the hight at? e.g. 1px wide - stretched over the x-axis but what about the height?
