I designed a flash project with some rectangles moving from different directions. When they stop moving I managed to get a few to disappear using the special blurring effect in MX 2004. The problem I have is that I don’t understand why it doesn’t work sometimes. when I click to put the blurring effect on, it does nothing.
I’ve got it working a few times, but I don’t seem to be able to control when it does! Am I supposed to do anything more than have the right frame and rectangle selected before I try to use the effect? Do I need to click the “break apart” option like shape tweening letters? It seems to not work after I’ve done something like a motion tween just before on the timeline.
I’m confused! any help would be great! thanks,
