I believe that it is animated because you cant drag the pages.

its done in adobe after effects, no scripting.
You can do that by having some artwork, or name. Make sure it can be erasable in flash. I mean make convert it to a shape, or if it is an image, break it apart. Than you have to start erasing from where the animation is suppost to end. You have to erase a bit and add a keyframe. Continue that until you have erased it all. Then reverse frames. If you try it you know what I mean. That’s basically frame by frame animations. It can be done using masks.
