C:\Documents and Settings<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles<random name>
Copy & back that up. It’s your entire profile folder, so you shouldn’t lose a thing
Alternatively, go to Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks->File->Export then use Import when you’ve reformatted - I’d do this as well… I think copying the profile folder should work, but to be safe I’d do both.
well, i already checked that application data, but the mozilla folder was empty, probably because i did a system cleanup last week. i’ve now exported the bookmarks, and will import them as soon as i formatted the whole thing
thx man :thumb:
We are a great subsitution for the FireFox help forums.
Also the number one promoter…
if you go manage bookmarks you can then export them in the manager
