So yeah sorry if this is in the wrong section but im having a problem with my pop up window displaying a border on the left and top sides of the window

I cant figure it out and its really annoying me >< probably something simple but id appreciate your help :sc:
Also while im making this thread i am not sure how to center my welcome page table, i can center it horizontally but not vertically… not sure why…
