Browse button in Flash

i was wondering if there is a way to do a browse button for a field in flash, a la php where you click it, you can navigate a file you want to upload, and it populates the file in the text field (basically a file upload type of thing). i know that you will need to use php/mysql to go along with it, so any help on that would be greatly appreciated as well. thanks in advance.
