First - What the heck is an oxegen bar? I looked at it - bizarre. Looks like something I coudn’t afford.
Second - I think they are just using tweens because the pattern seems to repeat. (Yes, I looked at it that long, I’m at work and bored…) But you can definitely do it with AS. I would anyhow. Check out these tuts:

Yeah, i guess…and I just learned this…that an oxygen bar is a normal bar but it has oxygen tubes that every puts in thier noses or what not, as strange as it sounds its suppose to give you a bigger buzz or something. I’m not sure, never been to one just liked the bubble effect on the site. Thanks for the help I’ll check this tuts and i’ll holla if you need me
