Buffering animation

Does anyone have a buffering animation they could send me or a tutorial on how to create them?

I want something similar to the circular image in the centre of the flv player on this page.

As the site says, the preloader mc can be any animated clip…so just create a movieclip that shows a spinning circular image. The easiest way would be to create the image in frame one, then copy it to frame two and adjust the rotation. Continue to copy the image/adjust the rotation on additional frames until the motion looks correct.
Finally, if you’re following the tutorial on that link, give your new movieclip the instance name cBufferingIndicator
