Bug in Flash Player 10?

Hello everyone. Not sure if I’m posting in the right spot but I’m having a funny issue with an all flash based site.

Few of the specs:
SWFADDRESS
SFWOBJECT
swfmacmousewheel.js
AS2

Individual pages (swf files) are loaded dynamically into a container while the menu, logo stays onscreen using SWFADDRESS to deep link. Again this is all flash.

Now the major problem I’m having is this:
On only one person’s computer “so far” (Sud’s Law - my client’s) some of the pages once loaded take up the entire flash window and are zoomed and block out the menu and logos.

My client has had help shutting down Norton Antivirus on her PC (running XP) and installing latest flash player and browser updates and nothing is stopping this zoom.

Any ideas? To me it doesn’t seem browser specific and I can’t recreate the problem on any of the machines nor various browsers I’ve tried.

Any ideas or insight or similar experience would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t provide a link as my client is trying to keep the site exclusive as it’s not live yet.

Thanks
