Building a flash e-business card need video help

I am building a flash e-business card and I have having trouble with the intro. I have an animated flash movie I put together that leads into a flash page. I can not figure out how to begin my flash file with a movie first. Could anyone help me out? I have looked for tutorials and nothing seems to hit the nail on the head.
