Button movement

I’m workin on some buttond and i was lookin for some tips on making a button with otion in its actions. like you scroll over the button and like something floats out and says like info or whatever. i’m lookin for an example to show, but icant find any, but i know i’ve seen it ands its possible, just cant find a tutorial on it. bronze skateboarding
