Button under rollover button problem.. need help urgent

I want to make a rollover bottom_bar.
But also there are more buttons on the bar …

when I rollover whit this; yeah perfect…

when I rollout the mouse: perfect

play()
}

but when I rollover the buttons on the bottom_bar.
