I’ve been fighting with this for 2 days now, and I think I need a fresh perspective!
I have a movie clip that has a start & stop drag action on press and release, and within that MC I have another MC to show content. What I am trying to accomplish is, put a button within the dragged MC to control the timeline [gotoAndStop(nextFrame), etc.] in the nested MC.
I’ve tried scripting the buttons themselves, I’ve tried AS targeting the button and MC in the main timeline, etc. etc. I have also spent hours reading the forums and haven’t found a solution…
So, if anyone has any ideas, please let me know…
