Camera Pitch Help

on the tutorial located @ http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/camera_pitch_balloon.htm im having a bit of trouble

i understand that you create 4 movies:
redballoon
yellowballoon
marker
and Horizon

but im having a lil trouble peicing together the code… could i get a lil help?
